Guilford, CT— June 2, 2025—Pearl Seas Cruises is pleased to announce the opening of the 2025 season on the Great Lakes, celebrating a decade of small ship cruising in the region. Pearl’s all-balcony small ship, the Pearl Mist, will operate four different itineraries on the Great Lakes departing from Milwaukee, WI; Duluth, MN; as well as Toronto and Quebec, Canada. The company’s itineraries include visits to 16 different ports of call, plus an exceptional new 14-Night Great Lakes Explorer itinerary that sails all five Great Lakes in a single journey.

On May 23rd, Pearl’s 2025 season began with an 11-Night Great Lakes & Georgian Bay cruise that departed from Toronto and concludes in Milwaukee. The company also celebrated the season’s opening with a special ceremony honoring 25 Pearl Mist crew members who have been with the Line since it first sailed the region in 2014. Pearl Seas Cruises is one of the longest and most experienced operators of cruises on the Great Lakes and offers cruises aboard the Pearl Mist, the only fully stabilized, all-balcony small ship on the Great Lakes, renovated in 2023.

In addition to the 11-Night Great Lakes & Georgian Bay cruise, the company’s 2025 Great Lakes itineraries include 7-Night Great Lakes cruises, between Milwaukee and Toronto; 14-Night Great Lakes Explorer cruises between Duluth and Toronto; and a 15-Night St. Lawrence Seaway & Great Lakes cruise between Milwaukee, and Québec.

Now through September, the 210-passenger Pearl Mist is sailing curated itineraries that highlight bucketlist destinations from Mackinac Island and Niagara Falls to Thunder Bay and Parry Sound. 2025 cruises explore Lake Superior, Michigan, Huron, Erie, and Ontario, and Georgian Bay, a UNESCOdesignated Biosphere Reserve. Each day, guests enjoy shoreside excursions from exhilarating sea plane rides and kayaking to museum visits and quaint tours in horse drawn carriages. Cruises also feature daily onboard enrichment, illuminating the region’s unique ports, extraordinary geography, and diverse cultural history, influenced by Native American tribes, early explorers, traders, and European settlers.

2025 Great Lakes cruises aboard the Pearl Mist feature all-inclusive fine dining, complimentary cocktails, beer & wine, award-winning enrichment programs, onboard entertainment, and guided shore excursions at every port. Cruises also include new Starlink Wi-Fi and private transportation to all excursions. PreCruise Hotel Packages are offered in Milwaukee, WI; Duluth, MN; and Toronto, ON.
